Do I need to count calories?

While counting calories can be a great learning tool or advanced results mechanism, are you going to do it your whole life? No, no one is.

And so, NO we are not going to have you count calories - this is about permanent LyfeStylechange. We want to teach you habits, in small increments over 8 weeks, that you can do TODAY, and will benefit you for your whole Lyfe.

What is the goal of this program?

While you will lose weight and build muscle - this is NOT a dieting program.

What's included in the program?

Do I need to do the workouts at the gym?

Yes, all the workout exercises will have you doing a combination of body weight, weights, or machines. Most people don't have a full home gym, so you'll need to plan to go to the gym. If you happen to have a decked-out home gym they you could theorhetically do them all from home.
